[Notice on Student ID Card Issuance for Spring 2026 Graduate New Students]

Please find below the information regarding student ID card issuance for new graduate students in the Spring 2026 semester.

1. Application Schedule

Financial Student ID Card (with debit card function): From February 19, 2026 (Thu) at 10:00 AM (ongoing)
Non-Financial Student ID Card (without debit card function): From February 28, 2026 (Sat) at 12:00 AM (ongoing)

New students are strongly advised to complete the application by March 6, 2026 (Fri) at 11:59 PM.

2. Distribution Method

Financial Student ID Card (with debit card function): The card will be delivered directly to the address specified by the student at the time of application.
Non-Financial Student ID Card (without debit card function): After March 6, a notification email will be sent by the department. Upon receiving the email, students may visit Room B420, Jinri Hall, International Campus to pick up the card.
